Director of College Guidance and High School Programs (11th & 12th grade)
Since 2010, Aimee Rincon was the Senior Director of the Road to College Program at Uplift Education, the highest performing charter school network in North Texas. She oversaw the Road to College Department at the central management office, which led network-wide programming and initiatives related to college readiness, access, persistence and completion. Additionally the department supported ten secondary schools’ Road to College counseling teams that served over 9,000 middle and high school scholars and Uplift alumni. Aimee also sat on the Dallas County College Access/Success Directors group and was a scholarship reviewer for The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation’s Dell Scholars Program. These experiences coupled with Aimee’s prior experience working as a College Advisor at W.T. White High School in Dallas ISD through the Academic Success Program, and as a Consultant of the Academic Consulting Services, a consulting group that advises students through the college admissions process, have provided her with valuable insight related to college readiness, access, persistence and completion.
Prior to working in education, Aimee served as the Assistant Vice President in the Strategy and Planning Department of Citigroup Capital Markets and Banking. She graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Economics and History from Dartmouth College in 2005 and is an alum of Phillips Exeter Academy. Aimee joined REACH Prep in January, 2017.
